Phoenix Book Corner is a charity bookshop and fundraising activity operated in support of Phoenix Association. Funds and profits generated through Phoenix Book Corner help support Phoenix Association and the care and welfare of animals.

4. Phoenix Book Corner Online Shop

Products displayed in the Online Shop are generally donated or second-hand items unless otherwise stated.

As many items are unique or pre-owned, there may be minor signs of previous use that are not individually detailed.

All prices displayed on the Online Shop are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through the website.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Phoenix Book Corner does not normally have access to your complete payment card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7. Collection of Online Orders

Where an item is offered for collection, customers will be provided with collection information following their purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, items purchased through the Phoenix Book Corner Online Shop may be collected from:

Collection is normally available on Fridays between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm, or on days when a Phoenix Book Fair is taking place.

Customers should bring appropriate confirmation of their purchase when collecting an order.

8. Book Fairs

Phoenix Book Fairs are organised separately from the Online Shop and may have different arrangements regarding pricing, payment, collection and availability.

Products purchased directly at a Book Fair are not necessarily subject to the same arrangements as products purchased through the Online Shop.

Items purchased at Book Fairs are excluded from the Online Shop's collection and any applicable online purchase arrangements.

Book Fair dates, locations and opening times may change. We recommend checking the website before attending.

9. Donations of Books and Other Items

Phoenix Book Corner accepts donations of suitable books and other items to support its fundraising activities.

We reserve the right to decline donations that are unsuitable for resale or that do not meet our current donation requirements.

Items may be rejected where they are damaged, mouldy, excessively dusty, musty, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable for sale.

Donated items become the property of Phoenix Book Corner once accepted unless otherwise agreed.
