Unless otherwise stated, items purchased through the online shop are collected from Phoenix Book Corner during the advertised collection times.

Customers should collect their purchases within the agreed collection period.

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us so that alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Orders that remain uncollected without communication for an extended period may be cancelled and the item returned to stock.
