1. About Phoenix Book Corner
Phoenix Book Corner is a charity bookshop, book depot and fundraising organisation based in Prigonrieux, France.
We sell donated and second-hand books and other items, including CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, collectables and bric-à-brac where available.
Phoenix Book Corner also organises Book Fairs and other events and provides opportunities for people to volunteer and support our activities.

5. Second-Hand and Donated Goods
Many items sold by Phoenix Book Corner are donated or previously owned.

Where an item's condition is particularly relevant, we will endeavour to describe significant defects or imperfections in the product description.
By purchasing a second-hand item, you acknowledge that the item may not be in the same condition as a new product.

Phoenix Book Corner does not normally have access to your complete payment-card details.

9. Click & Collect
Where Click & Collect is offered, customers will be informed of the available collection arrangements.
Customers should collect their purchases during the collection period or at the agreed time.
Collection may be available from the Phoenix Book Corner depot on designated days and/or during Book Fair days, as stated on the website or in your order information.

10. Book Fair Purchases and Pre-Orders
Where a Book Fair or other event offers pre-ordering or Click & Collect facilities, availability is subject to stock.
Submitting a request or wishlist does not necessarily guarantee that an item will be available.
Where applicable, customers will be informed of the amount payable and the arrangements for collection.
Phoenix Book Corner reserves the right to limit quantities or availability where necessary.
11. Donations
Phoenix Book Corner accepts donations of books and other suitable items subject to our donation guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse donations that are unsuitable for resale, including items that are:
Damaged
Torn
Missing pages
Heavily stained or discoloured
Mouldy
Damp or musty
Otherwise unsuitable for sale
Donated items may be sorted, displayed, sold, recycled or disposed of depending on their condition and suitability.
Donating an item does not guarantee that it will be sold.
Once an item has been donated, Phoenix Book Corner may determine how it is used in support of its activities.
12. Donations of Money
Monetary donations may be made through the facilities provided by Phoenix Book Corner.
Where a donation has been successfully processed, it may not normally be possible to reverse the donation unless required by law or agreed by Phoenix Book Corner.
If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
13. Members Areas
Certain areas of the website may be restricted to registered members.
